Terms of Sale
Operated by Nazmiev Trading Ltd for the brand Massagershop (the “Company”). These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Article 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS – SCOPE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Massagershop on massagershop.co.uk (the “Site”).
1.2 Any order placed on the Site implies prior acceptance, without restriction, of these T&Cs. These T&Cs form an integral part of the contract between the customer (“Customer”) and Nazmiev Trading Ltd. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before placing an order.
1.3 These T&Cs apply to orders placed by adult natural persons acting as consumers. The Customer confirms being over 18 and acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, and undertakes to provide accurate identity information.
1.4 EXCLUSION. Persons acting in a professional capacity (natural or legal, public or private) are excluded from these T&Cs. Professionals wishing to place an order should contact us directly.
1.5 The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the order payment date (or first instalment). Nazmiev Trading Ltd may amend these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. A PDF copy can be downloaded from the Site.
Article 2 – ONLINE CONTRACT CONCLUSION
2.1 Order Process. The Customer selects products and adds them to the basket, reviews the basket and these T&Cs, then confirms the order (2nd click) creating a payment obligation. The Customer is redirected to payment to complete the purchase.
After payment, the Customer receives an email confirmation including: (i) order summary (products, prices, delivery terms/charges), (ii) order number, (iii) withdrawal information and form, and (iv) these T&Cs (PDF). An electronic invoice follows. Keep these documents as proof.
If confirmation is not received, contact us via the details in Article 16.
2.2 Refusal of Order. The Company may refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including: non-compliance with T&Cs; unusual quantities; non-payment or dispute on a prior order; founded suspicion of fraud.
Article 3 – PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
3.1 Specifications. Essential characteristics and prices are shown on the Site. While we strive for accuracy, certain details may be provided by suppliers; non-binding images/videos may be illustrative only.
3.2 Availability. Offers are valid while stock lasts. Adding an item to the basket does not guarantee availability or price. If an item becomes unavailable after validation, we will notify you and refund the item; other items in the order will ship as normal.
Article 4 – PRICES & TAXES
4.1 Displayed Prices. Product prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in GBP.
4.2 Changes. We may change prices at any time in line with applicable law. Items are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation.
4.3 UK Sales Only. We currently sell and ship only within the United Kingdom. Any applicable UK taxes/charges are shown at checkout where required by law.
Article 5 – PAYMENT
5.1 Timing. Full payment is due upon order validation.
5.2 Methods. We accept major cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and other methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed via a secure gateway (SSL). Promotional codes/gift vouchers issued by the Company may be used per their terms. In case of authorization refusal or non-payment, we may suspend/cancel the order and/or request identity/payment verification documents.
Article 6 – DELIVERY & RECEPTION (UK ONLY)
6.1 Delivery. Before order validation, delivery options and any costs (if applicable) are shown. We use reputable UK carriers (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24/48). Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
6.2 Address Accuracy. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer (or a chosen collection point where available). The Customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate address.
6.3 Reception. Upon delivery, the Customer must check that products are complete and undamaged. In case of anomaly, contact our Customer Service within 3 days (excluding public holidays) from delivery.
Article 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015)
7.1 Principle & Deadline. The Customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without reason. For multi-item orders, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Upon valid withdrawal, product price and initial delivery costs are refunded; return costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
7.2 Exclusions. The statutory exclusions apply, including for goods made to consumer specifications/personalised, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons, and other cases set by law.
7.3 Exercising Withdrawal. Notify us of withdrawal within 14 days using the model form below or a clear statement. Then return the product(s) within 14 days in original condition/packaging with all accessories/instructions. Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal notice or upon receipt/inspection of returned goods (whichever is earlier permitted by law), using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
